At Paws Crossing Sanctuary [PCS] our goal is to home all animals that we help treat back to good health, and place them with a temporary home or forever home. All of our stories are based from true events shared from across the globe. Our goal here is to show all animals small, medium, large and even extra-large the same treatment that we ourselves as humans receive; they are as equal as us, so let’s show them that we care.

At PCS we look for help from sources outside of our business, such as local SPCA, City pounds, ext. We get a lot of donations of food and supplies to properly treat and take care of the animals, also veterinarians have donated their time to help aid with injuries of the animals free of charge. Local cities help us with locations and awareness of mistreated animals and where to report them to. We are a non-profit group and most of our staff are volunteers.

We assist students from high schools and colleges with placement for hands-on experiences. We also have a program set in place at youth offender camps as well as Federal correctional institutions called “Need a friend”. These programs help offenders see the other side of crime, as well, help them to be able to re-adjust with coming back in to society and the changes and challenges they may face. This helps them learn routine and to have someone to care for and a friend. The inmates get to help train the animals so they are rehabilitated to the point they are ready for adoption.
